Cashback is the most flexible credit card reward program type. Point and travel rewards lock you into what you can redeem your rewards for which could leave you wanting if your needs at the time don’t match that list.
Look for cards that reward the most cash back for the things and places where you commonly spend the most. Be careful to spend amounts you can pay off quickly or the cards APR will eclipse your cashback.
